Return, Exchange & Refund:
Item purchased online must be unused and in its original packaging within 14 days to be exchanged. It is required to provide a purchase order number. We will notify you via email when we receive and inspect your return items. Customer are required to bare the shipping cost to our office/shops for non-defective items.

Refunds are only available in the case that the item is defective and when we are unable to provide a replacement.
The refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days if approved. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
