Use of this Bimbo Concept card constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • This Bimbo Concept card may be redeemed for merchandise (gift card excluded) at any Bimbo Concept retail store and also online store.

  • Purchase will be deducted from the amount of the Bimbo Concept Gift Card until the value reaches zero

    Any purchase amount over the amount left in the Bimbo Concept Gift Card should be paid by you.

  • This gift card is a non-registered and not exchangeable for cash, credit, interest or change.

  • This gift card is non refundable after it's sold. This Gift card will not be replaced or refundable if lost or stolen.

  • Bimbo Concept gift card is valid for I year from when it's sold.

Return, Exchange & Refund:
Item purchased online must be unused and in its original packaging within 14 days to be exchanged. It is required to provide a purchase order number. We will notify you via email when we receive and inspect your return items. Customer are required to bare the shipping cost to our office/shops for non-defective items.

Refunds are only available in the case that the item is defective and when we are unable to provide a replacement.
